We know you are on your own journey, so you will find a variety of classes to meet your needs at CrossFit Triple City. Classes include:

  • CrossFit Workouts of the Day (WODs):

    Group classes that incorporate any or all of the following: gymnastics movements, strength training, and traditional cardio activities. All are modifiable to meet your current athletic ability.

  • Teen WODs:

    CrossFit WODs specifically designed for teens ages 13+ to promote power, speed, agility, coordination, balance, endurance, accuracy, stamina, strength, and flexibility.

  • Sports Plus:

    A class for teens involved in competitive sports who want to increase their playing capacity..

  • Kids Classes:

    Kids ages 6-12 learn the basics of foundational movements, practice focus, and build strength in a fun, supportive environment.

  • Pre-K Classes:

    BIG fun for LITTLE bodies! Kids ages 2-5 practice focus, gain confidence, learn basic skills in a fun environment that fosters a love of physical fitness.

  • Yoga:

    Includes Vinyasa Flow and De-Stress classes.

  • Core:

    A class to strengthen and / or rehabilitate the abs, core, and pelvic floor.

  • Specialty 6-week Courses:

    Such as Couch to CrossFit for those who don’t know where to start, Recover for those with active injuries or limitations, and Boot Camps classes that build whole body strength and endurance using interval training.

We offer several pricing package options:

  • Triple City Unlimited:

    Members can attend unlimited classes per week, minus yoga. Unlimited members receive a free T-shirt upon signup! $155/month

  • Triple City Unlimited Youth:

    Members 13-18 can attend unlimited WODS and CrossFit Teen classes per week for $100/month. Foster the love of fitness in your kids by clicking here.
  • Drop - Ins:

    $20 per class. Buy a T-shirt and we’ll waive the fee! Let us know you’re visiting here.

  • CrossFit Kids:

    Kids ages 6-12 learn foundational CrossFit movements, gain confidence, practice focus, and build strength while building camaraderie twice a week. Each course offers active alternatives to sedentary pastimes, promotes cognitive function,and cultivates a love of exercise to last a lifetime. Get your kids involved by joining here. $75

  • CrossFit Pre-K:

    Twice a week, little ones ages 2-5 gain confidence, learn functional movements, practice focus, and build strength in a fun, supportive environment! Research shows that exercise promotes cognitive function and better health.
